The first step is to install the API Key to be able to connect to IPFS system.
Go to Settings section for a complete instructions on how to setup this API Key
Store media on IPFS
You can store on IPFS all type of media: images, videos, docs, audios.

Upload files to your media library and push to IPFS
When uploading files
You can push an asset to IPFS after uploading the file to your media library
Upload your asset to the WP Media Library
Click on "Upload to IPFS"
Wait for the process to complete, it may take several minutes depending on the size of the file
From the media library
If you already have media files on your library, you can upload them to the IPFS network.
